CYCLING IN YORKSHIRE

Following the recent UK boom of cycling, the Yorkshire Dales are now synonymous with the two-wheeled pastime. The huge success of the Tour de France Grand Depart in 2014 sparked huge interest, which led to the subsequent staging of the Tour de Yorkshire and the UCI World Championships in 2019.

Chevin offers the perfect location to enjoy some of the finest rides, both on and off-road in the North-West. The hotel sits at the top of the famous ‘Cote de Chevin’ climb – as featured in the above, whilst iconic loops can all be incorporated within a ride from the hotel.

Superb mountain biking can be enjoyed in nearby locations. Alternatively, for those that are after a more relaxed pedal, there are plenty of options in the area.
